Role Customer Care Associate Shift- Night Shift (7:00 PM -4:00 AM) Location: Noida Sec- 136 Apply Here: shradha.yadav@kreditstack.com Roles and Responsibilities: Experience in Customer Services (US based Voice Process) Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information. Documentation process, Coordination and resolution of customer query and coordination with internal team Excellent Communication skills, Experience in Voice Based process for the customer care (Comes from Intl BPO) or US based process. Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Read from scripts. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Desired Candidate Profile- Proven customer support experience Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Diploma required (associate degree in a business-related field preferred) Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers. Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays, and weekends.
