Success will be measured against clear KPIs focused on lead generation, sales conversion, revenue targets, and client retention. Key Responsibilities & KPIs Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Execute targeted daily outreach via emails, WhatsApp, and calls. KPI: 50+ qualified leads generated per month. KPI: 20-30% lead-to-client conversion rate. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. KPI: Monthly revenue generated (target as per agency goals). KPI: 10-15% year-over-year increase in average deal size and upsells. Pipeline & Outreach Management Maintain CRM with active pipeline, follow-ups, and timely documentation. KPI: 40+ emails, 30+ WhatsApp messages, 20+ calls daily. KPI: Pipeline velocity — close deals within 60 days on average. Client Relationship & Retention Nurture client relationships for retention and upselling opportunities. KPI: >85% client retention rate. KPI: 15+ clients with upsells/cross-sells quarterly.
