About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and partnerships, targeting decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and VPs in industries like healthcare, fintech, and e-commerce. Use advanced filters, including Buyer Intent and Recent Update, to identify high-potential prospects. 2. Craft personalized InMails, emails, and call scripts focused on specific prospect pain points. Conduct discovery calls with USA prospects (5 PM-8 PM IST) and EU prospects (1 PM-3 PM IST), applying value-selling techniques to secure meetings with decision-makers. 3. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, aiming for high-value deals. Collaborate with the technical team to draft and present proposals that emphasize ROI and case studies. Negotiate contracts and offer pilot projects to speed up deal closure. 4. Log all leads, interactions, and pipeline updates in Hubspot daily to maintain an active pipeline. Use Hubspot workflows for automated follow-ups and provide accurate weekly sales forecasts to the AVP - IT Sales. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve outreach strategies. Support junior reps by training them on personalization techniques and objection handling. 6. Stay informed on IT services trends, such as AI and cloud technologies, using platforms like Gartner and Statista to strengthen market intelligence.
