Job Title UI/UX & Graphic Designer 📋 Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented designer who can stand at the intersection of visual storytelling and user experience design. This role will be responsible for creating engaging UI/UX designs for digital products as well as distinctive graphic assets for marketing and branding. 🎯 Key Responsibilities User Experience & Interface Design (UI/UX)Conduct user research, personas, user journeys, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Translate insights into wireframes, interactive prototypes, storyboards, and site maps for mobile/web. Recruiting Resources+3DevsData+3Betterteam+3 Design interface components—menus, widgets, buttons, navigation—for intuitive user flows. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility. Build and maintain a design system or style guide for consistency across platforms. Iterate based on user feedback, testing results, and changing requirements. Graphic & Visual Design Produce high‑quality visual content: posters, banners, ads, logos, infographics, social media imagery, and presentations. Ensure brand consistency and strong visual hierarchy in all design collateral. Design for multiple platforms—including print and digital—while optimizing files for production.
