Front Office Management Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and couriers. Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes as per company policy. Coordinate with security for visitor and delivery management. Administrative Support Assist in the preparation of administrative documents, letters, and reports. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Coordinate maintenance and service providers (cleaning, pantry, stationary, etc.).
