We are seeking a Quality Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring that all fabrication and assembly activities meet customer requirements, internal quality standards, and applicable codes. The role requires hands-on experience in inspection, documentation, and coordination with internal and external agencies. Key Responsibilities Supervise and ensure implementation of quality procedures during fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly. Conduct in-process and final inspections as per drawings and QAP (Quality Assurance Plan). Prepare and maintain inspection reports, stage inspection formats, and welding records . Coordinate with Third Party Inspectors (TPI) and customers for inspection scheduling and approvals. Verify material traceability , MTCs, and ensure proper documentation for project dossiers. Monitor and maintain calibration records of measuring instruments and gauges. Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and customer specifications . Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and minimize rework or non-conformance. Support production teams in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Report directly to the Quality Manager / Production Head . Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
