Role Overview: As a Store Keeper with 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, your main responsibility will be to manage inventory, ensure smooth stock operations, and maintain accurate records. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in computer applications related to inventory management. Key Responsibilities: - Inventory Management: Monitor, track, and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. - Stock Record Maintenance: Keep precise records of incoming and outgoing materials and update the stock system regularly. - Receiving & Dispatching: Supervise the receipt of materials, ensure proper checking, recording, and storage. - Inventory Audits: Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records. - Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly store/warehouse, ensuring proper storage conditions. - Stock Replenishment: Coordinate with suppliers to reorder materials and maintain continuous production flow. - Reporting: Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption, and material usage for management. - Computer Knowledge: Utilize inventory management software for tracking stock, entering data, and reporting. - Coordination: Collaborate with production, procurement, and accounts departments for seamless operations. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Store Keeper. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications related to inventory management.
