Company Description BIRCH designs and develops technical athletic gear for women that is built for performance. Our product designs are based on continuous research and customer feedback. We focus on constructing functional apparel for sports, fitness, recovery, and leisure. BIRCH aims to promote the mindset of athleticism among women and enable them to feel empowered through movement. Role Description This is a hybrid internship role (paid) for a Social Media Content Creator Intern based in South Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing social media accounts, and assisting with digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, monitoring social media trends, and collaborating with the marketing team. Qualifications Content creation and Social Media Management skills Understanding of Social Media Trends and Digital Marketing Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Creativity and Attention to Detail A passion for athleticism and women's sportswear is a plus Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
