As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for designing modern and responsive websites using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools. Your main tasks will involve collaborating with developers to transform designs into functional websites, with knowledge of HTML/CSS being a plus. You will need to understand client requirements and present design ideas that align with brand goals, ensuring visual consistency across various platforms. Staying updated on the latest UI/UX trends, web design standards, and technologies is essential for this role. Feedback sessions will be a part of your routine, where you will iterate designs based on client/stakeholder input. Optimization of designs for speed, accessibility, and usability will be crucial, along with creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes as needed. Experience in website design or UI/UX design for at least 2 years is required, along with a strong portfolio showcasing your web design work. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., is necessary. A solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design is expected, with knowledge of HTML/CSS being an advantage. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while following user-centered design principles. It would be nice to have experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify, as well as basic animation/motion design knowledge (e.g., Lottie, Framer Motion).,
