You are seeking a skilled and motivated BIOVIA LIMS Application Support Specialist to join the team. Your role will involve providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the BIOVIA Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). It is essential to have a strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data management, and the ability to collaborate closely with end-users to ensure optimal system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for BIOVIA LIMS application - Troubleshoot any issues related to the system - Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure system functionality - Collaborate with end-users to optimize system performance - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in laboratory information management systems Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 5-7 years of experience in supporting laboratory information management systems - Proficiency in Caliber Lims, Empower, Lab Management system, Labvantage, Labware, Starlims, and Sample Manager - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with end-users If interested, please note that the employment type for this position is Contract to Hire with a hybrid work mode.
