Role Overview: You have been selected for a walk-in interview with Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. for the position of USP Shift In-charge / Section Head and DSP Shift In-charge / Section Head in the Biologics - II department. Your experience in working in the fermentation and purification departments will be crucial for these roles. Key Responsibilities: - For the USP Shift In-charge / Section Head position, you will be responsible for supervising all upstream process operations in 3 shifts, specifically in stream I and stream II. This includes working in the fermentation department, handling SS bioreactor/fermenter with a capacity of 500 L or more, and having a minimum of 4 to 18 years of experience in mammalian culture. - For the DSP Shift In-charge / Section Head position, you will supervise all downstream process operations in stream I and stream II. This involves working in the purification department, handling chromatography system (minimum capacity: 600-L/h), Column (minimum capacity: 600 mm diameter), and Automated TFF system. You should have a minimum of 4 to 18 years of experience in working on mammalian culture products. Qualification Required: - M.Sc./B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech in Biotechnology is required for both positions.
