Functional Role : The Area Sales Executive has to maintain and grow business and business relationships in the assigned region. He/she will be responsible for meetings with existing and potential clients, promotion and achieving their target sales goals. Deliverables: Planning and implementation of sales visits Achieving sales targets assigned Maintain and grow existing customers Identify and develop new customers in the assigned region Timely submission of visit reports Keeping your reporting manager posted about your daily visit schedule and visit feedback Complete sales cycle from generating an enquiry to receiving payments Key Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and preferably MS PowerPoint Good knowledge of Sales at Industry and Academic level (for experienced professionals) Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in Sales for Life Science / Biotechnology / Biochemistry Research and Diagnostics products (e.g. Antibodies, Assay kits, Molecular Biology Reagents, lab chemicals etc.) Qualification: MSc. / BSc. or equivalent degree in Biotechnology / Biology / Biochemistry
