Responsibilities: Formulation Development: Lead the development of formulations, with a focus on integrating technology for enhanced product performance. Previous experience in with formulation development is preferred. Ingredient Selection: Source and evaluate high-quality ingredients, including APIs and natural extracts, to enhance product efficacy. Optimization: Continuously optimize formulations to achieve superior stability, shelf life, and overall product quality. Physicochemical Analysis: Oversee laboratory testing, ensuring comprehensive physicochemical analysis and stability testing are conducted. Qualifications: Educational Background: A Ph.D./ Master's/Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Experience: 0-5 years of experience in Formulation product development, with a focus on formulation and nanotechnology.
