Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound/inbound calls, building customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system. Follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with confidence. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Provide feedback to the team about customer needs and trends. Requirements Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and CRM skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Fluency in English, Hindi, or regional languages (Kannada).
