Biomedical Engineer / Service Engineer

As a Biomedical Engineer at the medical device manufacturing company, you will primarily work on the anesthesia machine and ICU ventilator. Your role involves responding to service requests, logging all service calls in ERP, ensuring equipment uptime, maximizing AMC/CMC business, conducting scheduled preventive maintenance, and focusing on customer satisfaction to obtain performance certificates. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to service requests within the designated area - Log all service calls in ERP - Maintain uptime of equipment in your area - Maximize AMC/CMC business in your area - Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment - Ensure customer satisfaction and obtain performance certificates Qualification & Experience: - Must have three years of experience with a diploma in electronics or B.Tech in ECE with a year of work experience in the medical device industry - Familiarity with Electronics circuits and troubleshooting - Willingness to travel extensively all over India - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software - Dedication and hardworking attitude to achieve set targets In this role, possessing exceptional troubleshooting skills, good communication skills, and being disciplined and punctual are key attributes for success.
