Role Overview

The Biology Teacher – JEE, NEET, NDA & CUET will be responsible for delivering strong concept-based and exam-oriented Biology classes for Medical/Defence/University entrance exams through live classes from our digital studio (work from office).

Is role ka main focus hai students ko NCERT-based + advanced Biology itni clarity se padhana ki wo NEET, NDA, CUET & related exams mein high score kar saken – through concepts + diagrams + PYQs + MCQs + quick revision notes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Teaching (Biology – NEET, NDA, CUET & JEE Bio Portion)

• Conduct live Biology classes (YouTube/App/Studio) for:
• NEET (Biology – Botany & Zoology)
• NDA (Biology part of General Science)
• CUET (Biology/Biotechnology/Science domain)
• JEE relevant Biology (if required for specific streams/courses).
• Cover major units as per NCERT Class 11 & 12, including:
• Diversity in Living Organisms, Structural Organisation in Plants & Animals
• Cell Structure & Function, Biomolecules, Cell Division
• Plant Physiology, Human Physiology
• Reproduction, Genetics & Evolution
• Biology in Human Welfare (Health, Diseases, Drugs, Immunity, etc.)
• Biotechnology, Ecology & Environment
• Explain concepts with clear diagrams, flowcharts, examples and NCERT line-by-line coverage (especially for NEET & CUET).

2. Exam-Oriented Content Delivery

• Teach via:
• Previous Year Questions (PYQs) – NEET, NDA, CUET and other relevant exams
• Topic-wise MCQs, assertion–reason, match the column, case-based questions
• Level-wise practice – NCERT direct Qs + tricky application-based Qs
• Focus on:
• Most important NCERT lines, facts, tables & figures
• Frequently asked topics and high-weightage chapters
• Quick revision techniques – mind maps, summary charts, one-shot revision.

3. Content Creation & Academic Planning

• Prepare:
• Class notes, NCERT-marker notes, summary sheets & diagram handouts
• Chapter-wise assignments, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), and short tests
• Unit-wise & full syllabus tests as per NEET/NDA/CUET patterns
• Coordinate with content team to:
• Design long-term batches, crash courses & revision batches
• Build test series & mock exams specifically for Biology
• Regularly update & improve questions as per latest exam trends.

4. Student Engagement & Doubt Solving

• Take live doubts during/after classes via chat/comments.
• Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions for tough topics like Genetics, Human Physiology, Biotechnology, etc.
• Use polls, quizzes, rapid-fire MCQs, and image-based questions to keep classes interactive & exam-like.

5. Academic Discipline & Coordination

• Follow academic planner, course completion targets & test schedule.
• Coordinate with Academic Head / Batch Coordinator for timetable, extra sessions, revision marathons and analysis classes.
• Participate in faculty meetings, demo sessions & academic reviews.

6. Studio & Digital Teaching Setup

• Use digital studio tools – camera, mic, digital pen/board, PPT, animations/diagrams and screen share effectively.
• Ensure each class is properly recorded, titled & stored as per company system.
• Coordinate with the technical team for smooth live streaming & high audio-video quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Student attendance & consistency in Biology classes.
• Student feedback, ratings & engagement.
• Improvement in mock test scores & final exam performance in Biology.
• Timely completion of syllabus & revision cycles.
• Quality, clarity & regularity of notes, DPPs, assignments & test solutions.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation in Biology / Life Sciences. Preference for:
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Zoology / Botany / Biology / Life Sciences / Biotech etc.)
• B.Ed / M.Ed (added advantage)
• Prior teaching experience in NEET/11th–12th Biology / NDA / CUET Biology preferred.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of NCERT Class 11 & 12 Biology and competitive exam patterns.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent command over Biology concepts, diagrams & NCERT lines.
• Ability to teach in Hindi with proper use of English exam terminology (bilingual explanation).
• Strong presentation & explanation skills with focus on clarity and retention.
• Comfortable with:
• PPT-based teaching
• Creating PDFs, diagram sheets, flowcharts & summary notes
• Using digital writing tools (pen tablet/digital board)
• Student-friendly, motivational and result-focused teaching style.
• Punctual, disciplined and committed to regular, high-quality classes.

Work Schedule

• Mode: Work from Office (airGurukul Studio – Greater Noida)
• Full-time, 6 days a week (1 weekly off – [Day])
• Class timings as per academic schedule; may include morning/evening batches.
• Extra classes during exam season, crash courses & marathon sessions may be required.
