I would go as far as saying this is the best hidden gem in fort Kochi, if you're into ethically sourced organic goods it's the perfect spot to grab a range of teas/spices/incense etc to take home! The owner proudly talked me through the items and clearly cares about where they're all sourced :) good luck to her!

Such a sweet health food shop. Stocking lots of organic products and some homemade stuff too. Tahini, peanut butter, jaggery syrup and lots more. It's worth a trip! I stocked up on some herbal oils, soaps, jaggery & a sesame jaggery sweet. I also got a kombucha. They offer fresh juices on order. Ran by a beautiful healthy couple!

There's a good variety of organic products like tea, spices, nuts , selfmade sweets and snacks (and lot more) and there is also some gluten-free products like oats. The owner is very nice, I recommend highly the self-made kombucha. You also can order ther selfmade organic bread and hummus :)
