Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate our nationwide field sales and service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily field operations, tracking staff movements via GPS tools, handling attendance and expense approvals, and ensuring real-time reporting and compliance across sales territories. This is a critical role connecting our central office to the on-ground sales/service force. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate daily activities of sales and service personnel across different regions. Monitor real-time location tracking and attendance using mobile tracking software (e.g., dayTrack, TrackoField, FieldServicely). Ensure proper photo/geo-verification of field visits and maintain visit logs. Review and validate expenses submitted by the team; coordinate approvals with Accounts. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports (attendance, visit compliance, coverage). Assist the Sales Manager in beat planning, route optimization, and visit scheduling. Maintain team rosters, assign tasks in the field app, and provide tech support where required. Conduct follow-up for incomplete check-ins or missing photo proofs. Support the onboarding of new field staff on app usage and reporting SOPs. Act as the liaison between field teams and internal departments (logistics, accounts, HR).
