Role & responsibilities Responsible for marketing, sales, and distribution of API and solvent products in international markets. Act as the companys first point of contact in global territories and represent Biolaxi Enzyme at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums. Maintain and strengthen relationships with current distributors while identifying and appointing new partners to expand market share. Support distributors in product commercialization, marketing, promotion, and regulatory registrations. Manage and drive international tender business. Oversee B2B sales with a focus on long-term strategic partnerships. Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives. Demonstrate a proactive, customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills. Ensure adherence to foreign trade policies and international compliance standards. Supervise export documentation, international logistics, and shipment processes. Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production, QA/QC, regulatory) to align business goals with customer expectations. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies to refine business development plans.
