Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with our franchise and distribution partners. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for Pharma Franchise/PCD inquiries. Generate new business leads and maintain CRM entries accurately. Explain product portfolios, pricing, and business models to prospective clients. Follow up with interested clients and convert them into long-term partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business. Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and reporting requirements. Maintain professionalism and strong communication over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
