Glargine insulin pen broke, called company to replace per the pharmacy and provider and the process, lots of information needed, need pictures of product, then have to send the product, call backs to get more information, so they can "Investigate" the issue is weird and ridiculous.

The Biocon HR department is nestled here. Nice behaviour of people including the security persons. Shuttle service between this place and the Biocon campus and Biocon park operate at regular intervals.

Good place to work and ground level culture need to develop ,most of the department violation of the work time.there is no work life balance.better to remove flexible working hours

Parking is a bit congested here but the service by the staff is excellent. This is the corporate headquarters of Biocon.
