Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls, meeting ,seminar etc to prospective students and parents, introducing Xavier College’s academic programs and generating interest in admissions. Handle inbound admission inquiries, providing detailed information about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities. Convert admission inquiries into confirmed enrollments through persuasive communication and effective counseling to reach for target volume of admission Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets, with performance linked to attractive incentives and bonus awards. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational counselors to ensure sustained interest and positive word-of-mouth. Stay updated with in-depth knowledge of Xavier College’s programs, admission processes, and industry trends by participating in training and regular academic updates. Maintain accurate records of admission calls, follow-ups, student interactions, and achieved targets in the personnel log Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, business development, or educational counseling (experience in the education sector preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents. Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries and follow-ups. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with admission tracking systems. Goal-oriented mindset with readiness to take on admission targets, with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses and awards.
