Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive offline and online growth initiatives in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships, expanding our B2B and B2C reach, managing lead funnels, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in nutrition, wellness, or health sectors who can bring subject-matter expertise to customer conversations and partnerships. Key Responsibilities : Strategy and Growth ● Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth targets. ● Identify, evaluate, and build partnerships with nutritionists, gyms, fitness clubs, yoga studios, pilates classes, co-working spaces, housing societies, schools, and premium businesses across Surat. ● Expand B2B presence by targeting offices, diamond markets, jewellery houses, premium retail stores, textile businesses, and co-working hubs. ● Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new initiatives, on-ground activation, and campaigns. Sales and Lead Management ● Build and manage a structured sales funnel across online and offline channels. ● Oversee lead generation, nurturing, tracking, and final closures in collaboration with business development executives. ● Create and optimize sales processes to ensure smooth execution and scalability. ● Conduct regular meetings with prospects and partners for closures. Marketing and Campaigns ● Collaborate with marketing agencies, social media partners, and influencers to activate targeted campaigns. ● Support design, launch, and management of on-ground activations, housing society events, and corporate wellness tie-ups. ● Generate qualified leads through innovative campaigns and ensure proper tracking and reporting. Execution and Team Leadership ● Personally engage in B2B meetings and partnership negotiations. ● Train, guide, and manage business development executives to meet their targets. ● Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and social media to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. ● Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and overall brand positioning. Qualifications ● Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field. ● 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in health, nutrition, F&B, or wellness sectors. ● Strong local market knowledge of Surat with existing networks preferred. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ● Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to design processes, drive execution, and achieve targets. ● Prior experience managing teams and sales processes is desirable. ● A certified nutritionist with business acumen will be highly preferred.
