BIM/AEC Automation

Your role as an Automation Specialist will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop, deploy, and maintain automation tools/scripts for Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, and other BIM platforms. - Create custom solutions using C#, Python, and Revit API to enhance productivity and model accuracy. - Integrate automation outputs with initiatives such as Power Apps, AI/ML, Power BI dashboards, and other reporting platforms. - Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. - Utilize strong problem-solving skills with a blend of technical depth and business impact. - Evaluate and implement emerging technologies like AI/ML, cloud collaboration, digital twins, and design automation. - Mentor a team of automation specialists, providing technical leadership and training. Your required skills for this role include expertise in: - C# programming - Revit API development - BIM platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Bentley MicroStation, etc. - Version control systems like GitHub, Azure DevOps - Cloud collaboration tools including Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM Collaborate Pro - Dynamo scripting To be eligible for this position, you need to have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 7 years of overall AEC/BIM experience, with at least 5 years of professional coding experience. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have experience in: - AI/ML in design automation or digital twins. - Familiarity with tools like Evolve LAB Glyph, Speckle, Rhino/Grasshopper, Forge APIs. - Database management using SQL, MongoDB for BIM data. - Web development using Frameworks like .NET Core, JavaScript, React & Databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL.
