Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bima Sakhi (Ladies career agent) at LIC, Pipariya. The Bima Sakhi will be responsible for promoting and selling LIC's insurance products, providing customer service, building client relationships, and identifying potential leads. Additionally, the role involves conducting needs analyses, providing policy recommendations, and maintaining accurate sales records. The agent will work towards achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service skills
• Ability to build and maintain Client Relationships
• Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus(Preferred)
• 10th Pass
