BIM Trainee (Architecture/ Structure)

As a BIM Trainee at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Your role will involve working closely with experienced professionals to create, manage, and coordinate BIM models for various construction and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and maintaining 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar software. - Support the BIM team in creating detailed architectural and structural models based on project specifications. - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and incorporate them into BIM models. - Assist in the coordination and clash detection processes to identify and resolve design conflicts. - Participate in project meetings and help with the preparation of project documentation and BIM reports. - Assist in updating models during various project stages to reflect as-built conditions. - Learn and apply industry standards, project workflows, and BIM execution plans. - Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Basic understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts and principles. - Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software (training will be provided). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions. - Eagerness to learn and grow in the BIM field.
