BIM Trainee (Architecture/ Structure)

As a BIM Trainee at the company, you will have the opportunity to embark on a rewarding career in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals in developing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for various construction and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and maintaining 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools. - Support the BIM team in creating detailed architectural and structural models based on project specifications. - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and incorporate them into BIM models. - Assist in the coordination and clash detection processes to identify and resolve design conflicts. - Participate in project meetings, prepare project documentation, and contribute to BIM reports. - Update models during different project stages to reflect as-built conditions. - Learn and apply industry standards, project workflows, and BIM execution plans. - Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Basic understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts and principles. - Familiarity with software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools (training will be provided). - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions. - Eagerness to learn and grow in the BIM field.,
