Job Description

You will be responsible for preparing MEP 3D BIM coordinated models including clash detection and resolution, creating Parametric BIM Families, and providing specialist support to design teams for analysis and design models. Additionally, you will support design teams and bid teams by creating 3D visualizations and 4D models/visualizations, as well as preparing quantities for Bills of Quantities (BoQs) from the 3D model. To excel in this role, you must possess good English communication skills, work effectively with colleagues at a senior level, be computer literate, and be willing to travel to the UK for up to 3 months. Proficiency in Windows environments, word processing, spreadsheets, email, web-enabled applications, and database software is essential. You should also demonstrate the ability to plan and manage your workload efficiently, think laterally, and understand your own limitations as well as those of the software being used. A Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering along with Draughting qualifications is preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of production experience in design, drafting, and engineering is required for this role. Key Competencies/Skills required for this position include experience in BIM MEP, AutoCAD (2D and 3D), and Navisworks. Additionally, experience in Autodesk 3ds MAX, MS Excel, and MS Word is desirable but not essential.,
