Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reinforcement Modeler with extensive experience using Revit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and managing 3D models of reinforced concrete structures in Revit, ensuring that all reinforcement designs and details are accurately represented. You will collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to deliver high-quality, detailed reinforcement models that meet project requirements and standards. Key Responsibilities: Create, modify, and maintain 3D reinforcement models using Revit, ensuring accuracy in detailing rebar, post-tensioning, and other reinforcement systems. Develop detailed reinforcement drawings, schedules, and material takeoffs from the Revit models for construction purposes. Collaborate with structural engineers to interpret design drawings and integrate reinforcement details into the overall structural model. Requirements: Proven experience as a Reinforcement Modeler, specifically with Revit software. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing, including rebar, post-tensioning, and related reinforcement systems. Proficiency in Revit, with a solid understanding of 3D modeling, families, and parametric design specific to structural reinforcement. Experience working on large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bachelors degree in civil engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BIM reinforcement modelling. Qualification B.E Civil Engineering Must.
