BIM Modeller/Revit draftsman

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP components. Your role will involve collaborating with project teams to understand project requirements and translating them into effective BIM solutions. Regular quality checks and clash detection will be necessary to ensure model accuracy and consistency. You will also update and revise models based on design changes and client feedback, as well as assist in the preparation of BIM-related documentation and reports. Additionally, coordinating with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure model integration and compliance with project standards will be part of your responsibilities. Providing support and guidance to junior BIM modellers and team members may be required as well. - ITI/ Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. - Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools. - Solid understanding of building systems, construction processes, and industry standards. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. - Fully hands-on with Architecture & Structure Revit modelling. Knowing Interior Design and Landscape Revit modelling is an added advantage. - Work experience with 3D Scan data, Parametric Revit Family will be considered as an added advantage.
