Job Description

Role Overview: As a BIM Mechanical Modeler at Buro Happold, you will play a crucial role in the design delivery and integration of projects related to Building Services. Your technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills will be utilized to ensure the digital delivery of MEP systems design for various projects. You will work collaboratively within a team to produce multi-disciplinary designs using appropriate modeling software, thereby implementing the design and delivery process effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the digital delivery of MEP models and task information throughout the project lifecycle - Assist the BIM manager in delivering digital outputs and sharing information seamlessly with other discipline teams - Manage the BIM model at a task level - Act as a representative of Buro Happold in interactions with clients, engineers, and design team members - Foster excellent team relationships through successful project execution - Contribute to the development of a content library for the MEP team and integrate it with the company's standard library - Coordinate MEP deliverables and ensure standardization of output - Support the development of Revit skills for the MEP team Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in software such as HAP, IES, Revit, Dialux, Amtech, and BIM platform - Preferably experienced in residential and commercial projects in India, particularly High Rise Buildings Additional Details about the Company: Buro Happold values diversity and inclusivity, encouraging flexible working patterns and welcoming applications from individuals seeking work-life balance.
