URGENT HIRING FOR BIM MODELLER-HVAC (MECHANICAL) FOR BANGALORE LOCATION

• Develop 3D Mechanical (FF, PDFF & HVAC) construction models and drawings using AutoCAD + Revit under the guidance of the Design Manager.
• Coordinate with other engineering services to produce coordinated service models/drawings and incorporate permitted changes in the MEP layout.
• Extract Mechanical layouts from the coordinated services model and prepare drawings for project submissions according to requirements.
• Prepare and maintain QTO (Quantity Take-Off) documentation and update records with drawing revisions.
• Track drawing submissions and ensure work follows design standards and manager instructions.
• Apply drafting techniques and procedures to create clear and accurate mechanical designs.
• Coordinate effectively with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of Mechanical, FF, PDFF, and HVAC design deliverables.
• Manage multiple project priorities while ensuring timely delivery of design outputs.
• Maintain an organized project filing system, ensuring accuracy of documentation and revision control.
