BIM Modeler (MEP)

As a 3D Modeler for MEP projects, your role will involve producing detailed 3D models, CAD sheets, and PDF drawings from point clouds. You will be responsible for ensuring that all models and drawings adhere to company drafting standards and project specifications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking full responsibility for all MEP-related projects, overseeing their progress from inception to completion. - Performing QA/QC on BIM models to maintain high-quality deliverables. - Offering technical assistance and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues within the office. - Attending and potentially leading BIM-related meetings to discuss project updates, challenges, and coordination efforts. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in 3D modeling software and CAD tools. - Knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices. - Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to drafting standards.
