As an Advanced Revit ELV/ICT/OSP professional, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in domestic and international ELV/ICT codes and building codes to develop 3D BIM models using Revit across various Levels of Development (LOD). You will oversee CAD/BIM deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring completion within budget constraints. Additionally, you will lead projects independently, conduct clash detection, resolve clashes across disciplines, and mentor junior BIM colleagues. Your role will involve working with BIM 360/ACC platforms, managing clash analysis, family creation, and ensuring technical quality assurance and effective client communication. Collaborating with engineers, clients, and consultants, you will contribute to the overall design integrity and adherence to project schedules and quality standards. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in software tools such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC/BIM360 Docs Management. Knowledge of other software like Civil3D, MicroStation, and Revitzo is an added advantage. A Diploma in Electrical, coupled with 8-10 years of experience in designing and BIM modeling for Building and Infrastructure projects, is essential.
