BIM Modeler cum Tutor

We are looking for a talented and motivated BIM Modeler cum BIM Tutor with a background in civil engineering to join our team. This dual-role position involves both hands-on BIM modeling for real-world construction projects and delivering training to students or professionals on BIM tools and workflows relevant to the civil engineering field.

Key Responsibilities: As a BIM modeler:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for civil and infrastructure projects using tools like Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
• Interpret and convert architectural and structural drawings into accurate BIM models.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection activities.

As a BIM Tutor:

• Conduct training sessions (online/offline) on BIM tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D).
• Design and deliver course content tailored to civil engineering applications.
• Guide students on live projects, assignments, and industry workflows.
• Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback for improvement.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of BIM software like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for training.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
