BIM Lead- MEP

As a BIM Modeller at this company, you will play a crucial role in supporting project teams with the use of BIM authoring tools. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting project teams in utilizing BIM authoring tools - Providing assistance in modelling and resolving clashes - Assisting BIM Coordinators during coordination meetings - Implementing internal BIM standards for modelling tools and object libraries - Conducting early design reviews and constructability analyses - Producing project content using Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D - Selecting and implementing solutions to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., using Dynamo, new plugins) - Developing and maintaining BIM project documentation (e.g., MIDP, TIDP) - Monitoring project compliance with agreed workflows - Federating models and performing clash detection reporting - Conducting BIM checks of models and deliverables produced by the team - Identifying and providing necessary training to team members, helping them upskill as needed Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in civil/Structural engineering design or MEP engineering design - Supplementary experience in Navisworks, Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk BIM360 - Familiarity with working to industry modelling standards - Knowledge of ISO19650/BS1192/PAS1192-2 - EngTech TMICE or similar certification - Strong 3D modelling skills (especially Autodesk Revit Structures and Civil 3D) - Strong interest in 3D design, modelling, and creating immersive models - Enthusiasm to learn new skills and embrace new technologies and software - Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently while showing a commitment to contribute to and learn from the wider team - Proficiency in carrying out detailing in a 2D environment - Experience in Hydropower projects is advantageous but not mandatory - Excellent communication skills Additionally, the company offers various benefits such as an agile and safe working environment, competitive annual leave and sick leaves, group incentive scheme, group term life insurance, workmen's compensation, group medical insurance coverage, short and long-term global employment opportunities, global collaboration, knowledge sharing, digital innovation, and transformation.
