BIM Coordinator

Role Purpose:
Lead all BIM-related processes, standards, and coordination. Ensure accurate, federated models up to LOD 400. Act as the technical backbone for model management, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Define modeling standards, naming conventions, templates, and worksets.
• Coordinate and federate architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Run clash detection, issue tracking, and model audits.
• Manage cloud collaboration platforms (BIM 360 / ACC).
• Guide BIM Modelers and review model accuracy before issue.
• Liaise with consultants’ BIM teams for coordination.

Requirements:

• B.Arch/B.E. (Civil/Construction) or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of BIM experience, with 2+ years as a BIM Coordinator/Manager.
• Expert in Revit, Navisworks, and cloud platforms.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination knowledge.
