BIM Coordinator

As a member of the Mace team, your purpose will be to redefine the boundaries of ambition by creating responsible places and bringing transformative impact to people, communities, and societies globally. Within the consult business, you will leverage our unique expertise and consultancy to unlock potential in projects, such as the high-rise residential project in Noida. Your responsibilities will include: - Effectively communicating with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders - Developing an understanding of ISO19650 and relevant standards - Ensuring security protocols for project information - Participating in industry events for BIM developments - Reviewing and researching technology solutions for BIM process improvement - Providing construction sequencing strategy using information models - Supporting governance and assurance processes - Assisting in preparing cost plans from information models - Supporting object library development aligned with BIM strategy - Developing BIM Execution Plan and information requirements per ISO 19650 - Providing support during information model assurance - Collaborating with PM and design teams on procedural elements and compliance - Working towards net zero carbon transition and managing associated carbon emissions To qualify for this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Experience in projects similar in nature Mace is an inclusive employer that encourages applications from a diverse range of candidates.
