BIM Coordinator

Edanbrook is hiring a skilled BIM Coordinator with a strong background in the construction industry to support our design and execution teams. The role involves coordination of BIM models, clash detection, and integration of design data across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM models for architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using tools like Navisworks or Revit.
• Review and validate 3D models for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
• Support project teams in implementing BIM execution plans (BEP).
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and site teams for seamless model integration.
• Manage model updates, version control, and documentation as per project phases.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Understanding of construction drawings, methodologies, and sequencing.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms is a plus.

Trichy, Tamil Nadu (office and site-based coordination)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹26,937.90 - ₹57,855.28 per month
