Job Description

We are also conversant with BIM (Building Information Modelling) which enhances all stages of the infrastructure life cycle, from design to construction and maintenance, which is why we integrate it into our projects and offer it to our clients.
Our design team has extensive exposure to both domestic and international markets, contracts, codes and specification.

Missions/Main Duties

Develop detailed 3D structural models using BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar).
Prepare and update structural drawings, layouts, and documentation as per project requirements and standards.
Coordinate with architects, MEP, and other engineering disciplines for clash detection, model coordination, and integration.
Implement and adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company BIM standards.
Ensure models and drawings are accurate, consistent, and meet the required quality and standards.
Maintain proper documentation and organize model data for easy retrieval and reference.
Support the structural design team by incorporating design changes, updates, and value engineering proposals.
Generate quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models when required.
Prepare reports and presentations for project progress and coordination meetings.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices.

Profile/Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler, preferably in the structural domain.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
Good understanding of structural engineering concepts and construction practices.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and coordinate effectively with various project teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with large infrastructure or rail projects.
Familiarity with project management tools and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional or similar) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
