Experience:
2+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler in an architectural setting.
Experience working on medium to large-scale building projects preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in Autodesk Revit; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Enscape, or Rhino is a plus.
Familiar with BIM standards and workflows (e.g., ISO 19650, LOD, COBie).
Understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in modeling.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
