Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for GFC Drawings Production, BIM Modeling, 3D Modeling and Visualization, Architectural Design, BIM Strategies Development, Project Optimization, Construction Methods & Materials, Building Codes Compliance, High-Quality Documentation, Clash Detection & Coordination. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct model audits, QA checks, and documentation reviews. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining BIM content libraries to standardize project workflows and delivering technical training and support on BIM methodologies to enhance team productivity. Key Responsibilities: - GFC Drawings Production - BIM Modeling - 3D Modeling and Visualization - Architectural Design - BIM Strategies Development - Project Optimization - Construction Methods & Materials - Building Codes Compliance - High-Quality Documentation - Clash Detection & Coordination - Conducting model audits, QA checks, and documentation reviews - Creating and maintaining BIM content libraries - Delivering technical training and support on BIM methodologies Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in the field - Expertise in Revit and Navisworks Please send your updated CV to mgaglani@tcco.com.
