Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-quality components. Utilize Fanuc control systems to program and monitor machine operations. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on VMC machines to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to meet production requirements. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain safety standards. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of machine operations. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Experience in operating VMC machines, with a focus on setting and turning. Familiarity with Fanuc control systems is highly desirable. A minimum of 0 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues. Willingness to work on-site in various locations including Other Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Bangalore Rural.
