Role & responsibilities

1.Updating Bills On Regular Basis,

2.To check for overall bill like surgery details, surgeon fees consultation, medical equipment, consumable

charges etc.,

3. Advance Follow-Ups; focus on collection in timely manner.

4.Ward Rounds, answer the patient concerns and question, successfully handle customer calls to resolution, and check with customer deposited amount remittance

5.Preparing Doctors Payable Report

6.Updating day to day vouchers and doctor fees payments

7.Getting feedbacks from discharging patients for further improvements

8.Answering patient queries

9.Maintaining Discount documents

10.Getting authorization from directors for write-off documents

11.Co-ordinating with accounts department regarding patient payments

12. Co-ordinating with cash counters regarding Doctors payment as well as Patient payment.

13.Co-ordinating with OT on getting clearance and implant bills and endoscopy department also,

14.Giving mark discharge and co-ordinating with admission department

15. Answering queries on insurance claim, providing necessary details.

16.Formalities as the cash or insurance patient to be completed before finalizing the bill .

17. In case of credit bill an undertaking letter to be obtained from the patient as per the policy.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with min 2-5 years of experience in IP Billing are preferred. Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
