Job Title: Billing cum Accounts Executive

Location: Karayamparambu

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 2 – 3 years

Gender: Male / Female (Both can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day billing and accounts activities.
• Prepare and maintain sales/purchase invoices, vouchers, and other accounting records.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing to clients.
• Handle GST filings, returns, and compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in billing and accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and GST.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
