Job Description

Virat Feeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Assistant with hands-on experience in billing, taxation, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of E-way bills, Tally Prime, GST, and TDS and ensure accurate and timely billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time
Generate and manage E-way bills as per statutory requirements
Maintain billing records and data in Tally Prime
Ensure proper GST compliance, including tax calculation and invoice accuracy
Assist in GST returns and related documentation
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related entries
Coordinate with accounts, sales, and dispatch teams for billing accuracy
Reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Billing Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Tally Prime
Strong knowledge of E-way bill generation
Working knowledge of GST and TDS
Good understanding of accounting and billing procedures
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
