· Prepares methods of payments and to settle the bills/credits.
· Secures assignments of benefits in cases where patient carries insurance.
· Responsible to counsel the patients with issues pertaining to administrative procedure.
· Coordinates with the corporate and insurance companies for admissions and approval.
· Organizes system for collection of aCustomer Care Officer unts that are not paid in full at time of discharge or as promised.
· Settles any disputes with patients at the time of billing.
· Supervises mailing of follow up letters when statements fail to bring response.
· Initiates and answers patient’s correspondence.
· Prepare reports showing numbers and amounts of collection, delinquent aCustomer Care Officer unts and related matters.
· Responsible to raise payable report, list out outstanding cases and follow up payment.
