Key Objectives: Build and maintain real-time interactive casino games across mobile and web platforms. Implement scalable and optimized game architecture using Unity3D and C#. Integrate monetization systems including IAPs, ads, and in-game rewards. Collaborate across design, backend, and QA teams to ensure game quality and fun factor. Ensure platform compatibility and top-tier player experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Game Development & Implementation Design and develop slot games, card games, and other casino mechanics using Unity and C#. Create and manage reusable components like reels, paylines, symbols, and animations. Implement game logic, win conditions, and visual feedback systems. Ensure frame rate, memory, and performance optimization for all target devices. 2. UI/UX Integration Integrate intuitive UI/UX components such as menus, popups, scoreboards, and wallets. Animate transitions, effects, and user interactions to match casino game aesthetics. Ensure consistent visual styling and responsiveness across screen sizes. 3. Platform Deployment & Monetization Integrate in-app purchases (IAP), rewarded ads, and in-game currency systems. Deploy builds for Android, iOS, WebGL, and standalone platforms. Collaborate with marketing and data teams to enable analytics and attribution. 4. Collaboration & Versioning Work alongside artists, designers, and backend developers to sync game features. Testing & Maintenance Debug and fix issues related to gameplay, memory leaks, and UI behavior. Monitor game health post-deployment and support regular updates. Maintain and document technical implementations for long-term use. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2–5 years of professional experience as a Unity Developer. Proficiency in C# , Unity Editor, animations, particle systems, and prefab management. Experience in casino game logic development – especially slots, rummy, or poker. Strong understanding of mobile optimization techniques (draw calls, batching, memory profiling). Knowledge of IAP, Ad SDKs (AdMob, Unity Ads), and analytics tools (Firebase, GameAnalytics). Familiarity with backend communication (REST APIs, JSON) and asynchronous gameplay. Hands-on experience with Git, Unity Cloud Build, or CI/CD for deployment. Excellent debugging and cross-platform testing skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in real-money or social casino platforms .
