Role Overview: You are sought after for the position of Senior BigQuery Developer at FIS Clouds in Hyderabad. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines and advanced analytics solutions using BigQuery and other GCP-native services. Collaborating closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, you will ensure efficient and secure access to enterprise data. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize BigQuery data warehouses and data marts to support analytical and business intelligence workloads. - Implement data modeling and best practices for partitioning, clustering, and table design in BigQuery. - Integrate BigQuery with tools such as Dataform, Airflow, Cloud Composer, or dbt for orchestration and version control. - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance policies related to cloud-based data solutions. - Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and scheduled queries for accuracy and performance. - Stay up-to-date with evolving BigQuery features and GCP best practices. Qualification Required: - 5-8 years of experience in a similar role. - Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Strong understanding of BigQuery and other GCP-native services. - Proficiency in data modeling, partitioning, clustering, and table design in BigQuery. - Familiarity with tools like Dataform, Airflow, Cloud Composer, or dbt for orchestration and version control. - Knowledge of security, privacy, and governance policies related to cloud-based data solutions.
