Big Data Developer

You will be joining the Data & Analytics team as a Lead Data Analyst with 6-8 years of experience. Your role will involve delivering robust business intelligence solutions, advanced data modeling, and cloud-based data engineering across various industries. Your responsibilities will include analyzing large datasets, designing BI solutions, building data pipelines, and leading analytics initiatives. You will be expected to: - Analyze complex datasets to extract insights for strategic decision-making. - Develop BI solutions using Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Power Query. - Create ETL pipelines and data workflows using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Delta Lake. - Lead data modeling efforts using Star and Snowflake schemas for optimized reporting. - Manage cloud data platforms like Snowflake and Azure. - Automate data processing tasks using Python and improve reporting efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data quality. - Mentor junior team members and maintain best practices in data engineering. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different teams for alignment.
